Shipping Policy

We endeavour to ship every order within 5 business days.

In the case of any stock issues we will notify customers of the delay as soon as possible and/or provide alternatives. 

We currently only offer shipping within Ireland (incl. Northern Ireland) and the UK.

 

Ireland:

Standard Delivery Ireland, incl. Northern Ireland free over €50.00.

€5.00 shipping fee for orders under €50.00. (allow 2 business days for all shipments)

Oversized items Ireland €20.00 per package. Alternatively please contact us here to arrange local pick up of oversized items free of charge.

 

U.K.:

Standard Delivery Mainland U.K. £15.00 (allow 2-3 business days)

We currently do not offer shipping for oversized items (furniture) to the U.K. Please contact us directly here if you would like to arrange a shipping quote.

U.K. customers are liable to pay custom & VAT requirements prior to receipt of goods. This will be handled via our shipping partner, DPD.

 

Europe:

Standard Delivery Europe €18.00 (allow 5 business days).

Oversized items Europe €25.00 per package.

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia.

 

 

Returns Policy

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with your product or if your product is faulty then please get in touch with us at hello@shophomeroots.com. Any damaged deliveries must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

Any returned item that is faulty or not satisfactory will be replaced or refunded less the initial shipping costs. The customer is responsible for covering cost of return.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 30 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
